Shipping – We are not drop-shippers. All items on our website are stored in the UK and ready for immediate dispatch. All orders are dispatched the next working day using Royal Mail 24-hour tracked shipping. You will receive tracking details via email once your order is dispatched. Our aim is for your order to reach you within 2–3 working days.

Shipping (worldwide) -Usual  Arrival time is 4-7 days. Free shipping on orders over £70, for orders under £70 a £10 shipping charge will apply. Enjoy hassle free shopping, all customs and duties are covered by us.

Postage and Packing (P&P) – We offer free P&P for all UK orders. 

Returns and Exchanges – You have the right to return unused items in re-saleable condition (unworn, with tags attached, and in the original packaging) for an exchange or refund within 30 days. We recommend returning items via recorded delivery to ensure safe return. Please enclose your name, address, and order reference with the returned goods.

Refunds – Refunds are processed as soon as we receive the returned goods in their original condition, within 30 days. You will be notified once your refund has been processed.
